Below is a list of the Dunedin Host General Meeting dates for 2013. Information regarding the venue and topic of each meeting will be updated 2 weeks prior to the meeting (for more detailed information please refer to the Dunedin Host emails sent out prior to each meeting).
May 29th
March 27th
Venue: Sir George Seymour, Level 3, 9 Moray Place
Time: 5.30pm for a 5.45pm start
Topic: Listing your business on nz.com and incorporating the ‘Dunedin’ brand into your Marketing Collateral
Guest Speakers: Josh and Justin from Tourism Dunedin
February 19th
Venue: Otaru Room, 2nd Floor, DCC Civic Centre (Entrance off the Octagon or via Civic Plaza). Please be prompt due to the access to this room.
Time: 5.30pm for a 5.45pm start
Topic: Tourism in Dunedin and the DCC (DCC paid attractions, Events Tax, Tourism in the future)
Guest Speakers: Mayor Dave Cull and Deputy Mayor Chris Staynes
Special Instructions: While there will be a question and answer session at the meeting, if you have any specific questions that would like to make sure are answered, can you please email them through to secretary@dunedinhost.co.nz so that I can correlate a list of them prior to the meeting.
January 30th
Venue: Olveston House, 42 Royal Terrace, Dunedin, 9016
Topic: Heritage Buildings
Guest Speaker: Glen Hazelton
Special Instructions: Olveston has kindly offered DunedinHOST members a chance for a guided tour around Olveston House before the meeting starts. The tour would start at 5.15pm (Dunedin Host meeting starting at 5.45pm). You must RSVP to secretary@dunedinhost.co.nz if you would like to do this tour (we need to confirm numbers by the 28th January)
